Democratic Roots: The People's Choice
Today (10/23/13), we spent the day with Youth Advisory Council. The subject was Democratic Roots: The People's Choice. The kids all got to nominate and elect the Youth Advisory Council leaders (President, Vice President, and Secretary). After the election, we had two guest speakers; Bob Simon, Retired ORHS and Tennessee Senator Randy McNally came to speak with us. The kids had some very good questions for them.
